Nursing Careers
VNS Health offers unlimited opportunities for nurses at every stage of their careers, with flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules.
- RNs: Provide one-on-one direct patient care and health education in the home setting as a valued member of a collaborative clinical care team. You will use the full range of your nursing knowledge and skills, with opportunities to learn and advance your career up the clinical ladder.
- LPNs: Under the direction of a registered professional nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the home setting as a valued member of the clinical care delivery team.
- NPs, Nurse Leader, Educator, and Nurse Manager Roles: For master’s prepared and advanced practice nurses, you will share your clinical expertise in a variety of leadership opportunities advancing the highest caliber of innovative practices and service delivery.
- Newly Licensed RNs: Upon hire into our Nurse Residency Program, you will receive education and training through a dedicated preceptor to support the transition to practice requirements of new clinical graduates. You will grow from novice to expert clinician providing skilled nursing services to patients in the community.
