Home health aides help clients to live better by providing the care they need to stay healthy and safe at home. They are part of an interdisciplinary care delivery team that includes nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation therapists. Home health aides assist with activities of daily living, check vital signs, share conversations, and help clients maintain their comfort and ability to live their lives to the fullest. When you work at VNS Health Personal Care as a home health aide, you will have the training and skills necessary to be successful in this role. Home health aides spend more time with clients than any other member of our home care team. In 2021, our home health aides provided 8.1 million hours of care!
