We invite team members to create their own employee-led groups formed around similar interests, which provide opportunities to share your ideas openly and help VNS Health to accelerate our efforts around diversity and inclusion.

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) play a key role in our overall inclusive culture and the progress we are making. All groups are open to team members who have an interest in participating, and we’re continuing to expand the number of ERGs at VNS Health.
